Gasketed Filter Plate

Gasketed Filter Plates are the latest and advance type of Recessed Chamber plates. Here the filter cloth is fit in the groove inside the slit of the plate. The highest benefit of this design is NO LEAKAGE as an ‘O’ ring is fit in the sealing edge and works as a tight secure sea l when the plate is closed. ‘O’ rings are manufactured with different elastomers like – Neoprene or EPDM or as the need may be. The installation and dismantling of the cloth is easy and there is least maintenance required for the cloth. They are available with corner, top, centre or bottom feeding with adaptable diameters and can be used for 8 to 16 bar pressures.
