The Hydraulic Power Packs are used to control the cylinders which move For / Rev and to give Pressure to the plates through Cylinder. It is a self-contained unit that consists mainly of a Elec. Motor, a Oil, Relief Valve, Pressure Switch, Solenoid Valve and Hydraulic Pump. Hydraulic power packs can generate massive amounts of Pressure which can be needed to Filter Press System.

Auto Resetting Power Pack Units are operate through Push Button type Control Panel or else P.L.C. based panels, it should be Start Power Pack Motor Automatically through Panel. This type of Power Pack Units are working (For / Rev) through Elec. Solenoid Valve and Pressure Switch which are fitted on Power Pack, In Auto Resetting Power Pack unit Elec. Motor will turn off automatically by setting up desired Pressure in Pressure switch.

In this type of Power Pack Hydraulic Cylinder will maintaining desired Pressure which is settable in Pressure Switch. In case of drop in pressure Elec. Motor will start automatically and give Pressure to the Hydraulic Cylinder , but at that time power supply to Control Panel must go ON and Selector S/W position of Mode is on Auto. (It’s Called Auto Resetting Mode)
